Agreement
By creating an account or using InstaaBuild you agree to these terms. If you use InstaaBuild on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept them for that business.
Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your login details and API tokens secure.
- You are responsible for activity by you and the staff you invite.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
Plans, billing and limits
- The Free plan is free with the limits shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed in BDT in advance for the cycle you choose (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly).
- Each plan has monthly order, product, page and staff limits. When you reach your order limit, new orders pause until the next cycle or until you upgrade; existing data is never deleted because of a limit.
- You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; fees already paid are not refunded unless required by law.
- We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
Acceptable use
You may not use InstaaBuild to:
- sell illegal, counterfeit or prohibited goods, or mislead buyers;
- send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
- upload content you do not have the rights to;
- attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or access other merchants' data.
Your content and buyer data
You own the content you create and the data of your buyers. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and message your buyers, and for honouring their requests.
Third-party services
Couriers, SMS gateways, payment gateways and ad platforms are provided by third parties under their own terms. Fraud scores and courier history are signals to help you decide — they are not guarantees, and the final decision to ship, hold or cancel an order is yours.
Availability and changes
We work to keep InstaaBuild available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features, and will give notice of changes that materially affect paid plans.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, InstaaBuild is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party services, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other merchants at risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
