How quickly can I get started and receive my first order?

How does fraud detection work?
Every order is scored instantly against 8 signals — blacklist matches, phone-number format, courier return-to-origin history from Pathao/Steadfast/RedX, order velocity, high-value COD risk, and address quality. High-risk orders are held for your review with full context. Growth plans and up add a cross-merchant OTP-verification network.
Which couriers and payment methods are supported?
Couriers: Pathao, Steadfast, and RedX — 1-click booking, bulk labels, live tracking. Payments: Cash on Delivery is supported out of the box on every plan, with digital COD confirmation to help filter fake orders before you ship.
Can I connect my own domain?
Yes, on the Starter plan and up. Connect your own .com, .net, or .com.bd domain and free SSL is provisioned automatically. Your customers see your brand — not ours.
How does server-side conversion tracking work?
On Growth plans and up, we send purchase and add-to-cart events directly from our servers to Meta's Conversions API, TikTok's Events API, and GA4's Measurement Protocol — bypassing browser ad blockers and iOS privacy limits. Your existing Google Tag Manager container keeps working alongside it.
What happens if my order count exceeds my plan limit?
New orders pause once you hit your plan's monthly limit — nothing is ever deleted. Upgrade anytime to a higher tier to keep taking orders, and your data carries over instantly.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
Yes. Every paid plan (Starter, Growth and Business) includes a 7-day free trial, once per account, with every feature of the plan unlocked and no credit card needed. The 7 days are not counted: your paid cycle starts the day the trial ends, and that is when your first payment is due.
